The average joe enters a factory and begins telling stories. While he does so, the managers and then the CEO approach him.

“What are you doing here? Who invited you?”

The average joe responds, “I also have a question for you. You first. Regarding your bonuses, where did they come from? Your hard work? Or the labour of these people you oversee?” He waves his hand at the group of workers watching.

They had a quick huddle, “If we say, our hard work, he may bring up ‘the statistics’! But if we say, ‘the work of the people’, they’ll demand fair wages!”

Finally they look back at the average joe, shrug their shoulders and slump back to their lush offices.
